Hertford Town Football Club win the 2023 National League U19 Alliance and the U19 Nation League Cup

Congratulations to Hertford Town FC and Matthew Ford on winning the National League U19 Alliance and the 2023 U19 National League Cup Final!

Our very own student Matthew Ford (Pictured far right) played an integral part in the seasons campaign as well as the League Cup final played as St George's Park, England. 

The National league title was decided in the last game of the season, With Hertford Town FC winning their final match, to secure the league title. 

The League Cup also went down to the wire. After remaining level at the conclusion of 90 minutes as well as the two 15 minute extra-time halves, the final concluded with an enthralling penalty shootout.

Matthew stepped up to the spot at 3-3, scoring the winning penalty to put Hertford Town FC up 4-3 and take home the League Cup.
