MFA of Football Excellence at Stan The Man Fitness Academy

One of the great components in the MFA of Football Excellence is visiting Stan The Man Fitness Academy.

Stan Longinidis and George Longinidis both World Champions in their sport, and Stan Longinidis an inductee in Australia's Sports Hall of Fame.

The teachings from strength and conditioning, nutrition and above all the power of mindset has been so valuable for the Melbourne Football Academy students.

The Melbourne Football Academy has had a wonderful 8 year partnership which commenced in 2015 with the Stan The Man Fitness Academy and dosen't look like slowing down anytime soon.
